Had my Camaro picked up from my job for tires and a detail. Everything went smooth, the return time was a bit later than expected, but it happens. The price was reasonable and Michael was a big help. The best part was walking out to see a sparkling clean car waiting for me in the garage. It looked better than the day I bought it!

Edit: Had my car in today for a dead headlamp and they only changed a single bulb *sigh* I guess they don't realize when one goes out the other will most likely die soon? What's the point of paying to get the work done if you have to finish it yourself?

Great concept, executed exceptionally at a very fair price! Mike M. is extremely helpful and honest and always goes the extra mile to help me get the extra mile. They work on all makes and models, detail cars exceptionally and even replace glass/body/paint work! They are even willing to bring in specialists to help diagnose and repair vehicles that other vendors seem to stumble on. A+ service every time. I'll always be a fan.

Service and price are always great and I get that unexpected things happen sometimes but when your service is based on picking up and delivering by certain times and you tell someone you will have their car back to them by a certain time....then have it back ON TIME or at the very least have the courtesy to let the customer know you're running behind. And maybe be somewhat apologetic when the customer calls to check on the car 30 minutes after promised time and tells you they need to get their child picked up and are a bit worried because their car is not back. It doesn't hurt to be polite or care!

I had an issue with the regulator on one of my car windows.  I called around to 3 different places, one of them being the dealership who sold me my car 2 weeks previously - all of them turned me away.  Then, one of my co-workers suggested Texas C.A.R.S. Not only did they come and pick up my car, but they were also able to save my window and regulator.  This saved me hundreds of dollars on the repair.  These guys are honest and tell you exactly how it is.  They saved the day for me.  Thank you!
