Customer service has a lot to be desired!! When I went to pick my husbands shirts up the young girl working informed me that they were missing a shirt from the ones I had dropped off! When I asked her how they lost a shirt she says "oh it happens all the time actually". I asked her to please call them while I was there and she told me she had already called earlier that day. She did not seem to care at all that my shirt was missing and said they would call me if they find it. Really!! Wow! Makes me sad because I really like Vivan that works there, but I will NOT be using their services anymore.

If I could give it negative stars I would. I called to see if my dry cleaning was there. A young lady answered and At first didn't even see my name in the computer, then said no it wasn't ready and it will "probably" be ready tomorrow then she said "oh yea it's here" but that they actually never cleaned it??? Then she said wait they cleaned it and then she said "wait nevermind, they didn't". She literally was clueless. I dropped this off on a Tuesday and this was the NEXT Thursday. Not one person called to let me know that they could not clean my couch cushion. Soooo my husband goes and picks it up, he calls me and says "did u only drop off the cover" which the answer was NO, I dropped off two pieces. I call back and same girl answers and she has no idea where my couch cover is??!! I just spent $3,000 on the couch and now it's missing the inside of the cushion cover. I hurried to bring in the cushion in hopes of getting the stain out of as quickly as possible but little did I know, it was just hanging in the dry cleaners, not cleaned for over a week. I will be calling and making sure they are hold accountable for the replacement of my couch cushion. Update * 2 weeks later and still Gabe no couch cushion, called the manager and he hung up on me. The worst company I have ever dealt with! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
