Great dealership and a VERY great customer service by Lawrence Finely. I came into the dealership with knowing what I wanted and which financing I wanted to go through. I had numbers that I wanted and it was the exact numbers I got in the end of the day. I was expecting the sales person( with my last previous experience) to get every penny from my pocket but Lawrence did not do that. He was very friendly, open, and (to my surprise) informative about any concerns I had. I would definitely recommend going to Lawrence if your looking for your next car.

Best.Experience.Ever!! We loved our Sales Rep Timo!! He is a great guy and never pushed a car on us. He was congenial and kind. Never once did we feel like he was trying to pull a fast one on us. The process was smooth. After being to other dealerships in the area over the last 6 months., it was nice to have one who know his product (Livermore Ford), and was not pushy (Dublin Toyota) or rude (Ken Harvey - Dublin Honda). I would come back and recommend others to do the same.

Worst customer service experienced. Scott the Service Manager does not have the requisite customer skills period - especially being in the Service Department. Scott lacks the ability to provide solutions to the customer, converse professionally and skills in listening to the customer. SK, the Service Advisor was not much helpful either. SK did not keep myself as the customer apprised on any updates to my car. I left two messages before he returned my call days later. Overall, terrible service and recommend to stay away from Dublin Nissan Service.

Extremely shady. We went there just yesterday, looking to get a replacement vehicle for a 370z which was totaled by a read end collision about a month ago. We asked for the price and decided that it would not be affordable for us at the time. That’s when the general manager came. He separated myself and my spouse and told him that he would work something out. Instead of providing full disclosure of the deal it convinced my spouse to sign for the car at twice the value of the car and to be making payments for the next 7 years. Whenever we tried to ask about the terms of service and the contract they would change the subject and separate us again. Once we received the paperwork afterwards, we discovered that they changed the contract to twice the price for a basic car with no options. We find this practice very deplorable, taking advantage of individuals when we were leaving and to have the nerve to separate us out to provide shady service. I would strongly recommend others to not fall for their tactics for not being upfront with a cost that would be reasonable.

Just the worst customer service every time. It’s amazing because they spend so much time peeping me for the phone call surveys when really is just love them to spend that energy actually providing good customer service. Also and more importantly, they aren’t very good at servicing cars (Nissans).. i had to make multiple trips after a $700 service just to get my brand new brake pads to stop making a clacking noise.
