Making the appointment was fine, dropping the car off for service was fine. No issues with that part of the service. The service itself was also fine, with no issues. So the dealership almost gets a 10, if it wasn't for the last part which is so simple to execute. When a customer arrives, and the car is called for, the customer shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for the car, and the customer shouldn't have to remind the service desk twice that they have been waiting. Where are your managers? Where is the escalation chain, and process for when a customer has waited longer than five minutes. This is so simple to have a checklist or process in place. What is more infuriating is to watch literally nine of ten employees walking around without checking in with customers. The intake service guy knows I'm waiting, why doesn't he go get the car himself? Your employees show dedication only to their own job, not the overall customer experience. You have a bit of work to do to get anywhere near a 10. But what kills me is that this is managerial, and yet your service manger hasn't taken the steps necessary to ensure you get 10's 100% of the time. Cisco used to have their customer satisfaction number on the website, with a maniacal approach to customer satisfaction. You would be wise to ensure that the entire team at service is aware of their customer sat average and works to ensure it is 10 even if it doesn't fall along their responsibility

It was a smooth process. No hassle for pricing or anything. Without hassle they offered the best price compared to anyone else in the area.

Great staff and awesome car and truck selection. Hands down to the people that work here! Was looking for a z71 Silverado and they delivered it was worth the out of town drive.. finance and credit department are awesome and friendly.

Great customer service. Waiting area was clean with plenty of supplies from coffee, water and snacks down to comfortable chairs. 60 inch HD TV with sports updates. Free WiFi service as well.  Shuttle service was friendly and accommodating. 
My car was fixed and back in my hands hassle free same day by afternoon. I am very satisfied not only with the level of service I experienced but also with my Volt, averaging 61.7 miles per gallon having to drive further than usual on ocassions is no longer a burden. Thank you.

You guys always go a little above and beyond.  I have been having my car Serviced since 2012 and have never had a bad experience.  Everyone I deal with from my Service Advisor, Mike Gress who is the BEST to the gals that take my money. They always have a smile and a cheerful attitude and truly seem to want to help.  You've got my business for life.
