The sales person, Bryant, gave me information I needed.  He did not pressure me to make a decision, but tried to find the vehicle that would satisfy my parameters.  His manager, Joe, was equally helpful and assisted Bryant in searching for just the right vehicle for my wants.  I am extremely happy with the vehicle they found for me.  I am also extremely satisfied with the entire process of buying at Dublin Buick/GMC.  No pressure, no haggling, no bait and switch.  The salesmen listened to my wants, and scrambled to find something to match.   THANKS!

When my PAINT started peeling a year after I bought a new $45,000 vehicle I got concerned. I took the truck to Dublin to have them paint it and it was returned to me with three panels on it still peeling. The manager assured me that they would bring me back and have me have the truck repainted again for a second time. After returning home I was informed by GM that I would have to make arrangements with Jesse the Suns owner of Dublin Chevrolet in order to get my car painted correctly. Since they had paid Jesse $5,500 to paint my vehicle and its entirety they wanted to know why the vehicle was returned to me with areas of the truck not painted that were peeling. I had no answer for them I referred them to Dublin Chevrolet and asked if there was something criminal going on at that dealership. They then explain to me that the dealership is its own franchise and can do as it wishes with this customers. I informed them since they had paid Chevy to paint my vehicle how was I to make sure that Dublin Chevy actually performed the work. Long story short I was told by GM 5 minutes ago that Dublin Chevy will no longer be dealing with my vehicle and GM will not authorize my painting to be done at any other dealership therefore I have a 2 year old vehicle that has ¾ of the body with damage and my 3-year 36000 mile warranty expired the moment I drove away from Dublin Chevy. How convenient I do however remember them trying to sell me an extra extended warranty for my paint and this is where it becomes interesting. The extended warranty on the pain and corrosion would have covered me for an extra four years had I had bought it but in the circumstance that my paint started peeling I would still have to argue with the dealership that I bought the warranty from on whether or not the areas were in fact peeling. In my research I have found that the dealership that I have been working with is in fact been paid to have my vehicle painted and restored completely however they did not pay the auto body shop to do the work and my truck was not completely painted and returned to its original state. I now have a two year old truck that is worthless but understanding why a corporation sells a warranty on its product is priceless.

Well where do I start, I'm a repeating customer I have bought 5 vehicles for my commercial fleet from this dealer ship so I thought on returning one more time for a family vehicle. Since they have gain my trust from previous purchases, I thought I wouldn't need to go and test drive the YUKON if it's a new car why would you, so, I told the sales men what I wanted from the website and we schedule an appointment to sign contract and so on. When they brought the vehicle it had a pretty good size scratch on the back bumper but they said they would repair it and in additional they will upgrade the rims, so I said fine! No problem as long as it is stated in the contract I will go for it! The finance department was no as good as my previous purchases, they missed informed me about my credit score. After the deal I received a call from the sales man that they had made a mistake on the rims and they wanted me to return the them, I got really upset and told them that was going to happen because the deal was already done. 2 weeks after this the finance dept calls me again and said they need to resign the deal because supposedly they were in RED numbers!...... and there's more to it than I will not mention..... I have recommend friends and family to this Dublin dealership and Fremont GMC for the past 5 years, between fellow business owner and family we have purchased about 25 vehicles all together. GMC is my favorite vehicle brand for my commercial fleet and personal but after the uncomfortable situation I WOULD NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS GUYS AGAIN! Be aware when you make a deal with this guys again.

Probably the worst dealership I have seen , for a long time 
To cut it short - service  rep   JASON  was worst   rude man ever talk, non helpful and generally give you the impression that you are interrupting them doing something better... Not sure WHY HE IS WORKING THERE .
I only came TO GET MY VEHICLE  REPAIR  and he was just negative  about everything   .

Had an excellent experience buying a car today from Jerold! He was very honest and never applied pressure at any point during the sale. His manager, Randy, was also very easy to work with. Would highly recommend this dealership.
