I love this place.. well I love the underwear.. for my husband lol. He loves them. The cashier was a little shrewd today, but normally very nice & helpful associates. The lady who worked the underwear section was very knowledgeable. I purchased the extra long pair. They don't ride up or bite. They're expensive though $22.50. But worth it, I get him a pair every Christmas. You can catch them on sales sometimes for $12.50. I'll be getting my son some when they go back on sale..

This place is awesome!  Yes, a bit pricey, but for the quality of the merchandise it is well worth it.  There is something for everyone in this store.  The sales clerk's are very professional and helpful.

We had been faithful Duluth customers but no more Duluth for us.  Customer service is unfortunately very lacking and their 'guarantee' means little or nothing.  They sent me the completely wrong pants, in the wrong color and size, yet I was still charged shipping to return.  We did attempt to return to the store but the store refused to take an online purchase return.  After 5 phone calls I have decided that my money is better spent other places.  Keep the shipping money you owe me Duluth and I will spend my money other places.

Very friendly staff. They treated my daughter like a princess while she shopped with daddy at a boring store. Very nice products with interesting asides. Thank you again to the friendly staff. Otherwise, I would give it 1 star as an infinite number of eternities in hell would not be penance enough for the exorbitant prices. I did, however, purchase a single pair of their buck naked underwear. Let's just say that if I were Warren Buffet and could afford it, these are the only undies I would own.
