I used to shop it all the time and loved their clothes. Came back tonight and brought a friend and two of associates were extremely rude and annoyed we were there given it was close to closing time and still hadn't checked out yet. (It also says online on Friday's your open till 7) Kenzi on the other hand was extremely helpful and didn't mind staying 5 minutes after closing time. We definitely would have spent a lot more money, but with the two associates being so rude, we were in and out. Being in customer service, I would have never act like this to anyone of my customers. Unfortunately we're not sure if we'll be back because of them.

I have relatives that love this store. I recently purchased a several items for gifts & was told their return policy was either exchange for different item or different size or get a gift card for the returned items. Two of the items that were bought did not fit well so when we tried to return them, we were then told that sale items were not returnable at all. It would be very nice to know that when purchasing the item. I will rethink purchasing at Mesh again. I rated the service poor only because of their return policy.
