First and foremost we were helped by a young lady by the name of Sarah B. who truly went above and beyond to help us.  Sarah was both pleasant and knowledgeable making our time at the Duluth Trading Company a very pleasant shopping experience. The clothing is a little pricey but as they say you get what you pay for.  Bottom line is I highly recommend the Duluth Trading Company in Hoffman Estates Illinois for their quality product and exceptional customer service.

One of the best customer service experiences I've had - Stefen (& Chris & Lori) went above and beyond to help me! I would highly recommend this company - high quality items and superior customer care. I was actually coming in to get a part fixed of a Duluth product I had borrowed from someone and they were fast and thorough in their solution. Very well run organization.

Every time I come here, the staff is super friendly and helpful!  The clothes are some of the most comfortable I've ever worn and I've been there at closing time...not once do they try to kick you out of there.  They don't even announce every 5 mins that they are closing.  Great customer service!

If you like the product line then there is no better place to buy from. The quality of their clothing is second to none and I'm saying that as a former construction tradesman. Their clothes hold up just as well if not better than Carhartt and it's very stylish. Plus fantastic customer service!!!!
