I went to the store to buy a computer mouse. I asked the Chinese looking cashier that I as looking for a mouse. She showed me the area where they are. I went there they did not have any cheap wired mouse. So I told her that I was looking for a mouse that was $5 or lower. She told me that nowadays you cannot get a mouse for that much instead of saying that they don't carry it. I went to Five Below next door and grabbed it from there .

Visited this store in Hoffman Estates recently in hopes of finding a new office chair for my Dad. We looked around and found the right one, this store was empty with only two customers inside. Once we headed to the checkout we were greeted by the “head manager & cashier” Keith who attempted to find a team member to pull the chair from the back…. 20min later after all their other customers left the store they bring out the chair and just leave it on ground. We are finally checking out when things started to head in the wrong direction. Keith informed us that he did not carry cash in the register for any return change, the total was $219.99 and we handed over exactly $220.00 he seemed displeased, so he managed to take the time and check EVERY SINGLE BILL (about a dozen or so) using the overhead light fixture then handed 2 $20 bills back to us stating that they are not legit! You have to be kidding me, Keith managed to insult me and my Dad who happened to have extra cash on him, so we swapped these bills and Keith seemed even more irritated checked them all again then finally accepted our money, no apologies NOTHING just talk about “how he has all the time in the world” since we chose not to use a credit card, so I asked to speak to the head manager & apparently Keith is a one man army who wears many hats by  noting to me he was the store manager! No assistance from anyone at the store either to help us load a huge box 52 pound chair into our van. It’s unfortunate that customer service & professionalism have left this place a long time ago. Sadly disappointed you lost a decade long frequent customer with deep pockets because this so called manager Keith is too stubborn to get his vision checked & work on his customer service skills.

Big, clean store with helpful staff. Makes you inspired to get back in your office to play with your new stuff. 😆

This particular location is especially special. The staff is comprised of intelligent adults who actually understand business and the needs of businesspeople. Pricing and service is perfect. Cameron in the print dept knows his stuff and always delivers.
