I wish no stars was an option. They don't have good customer service. They are extremely pushy when it comes to their credit card and they clearly get mad at you if you wish to not get one. Had an issue where they refused to even scan my coupon (Which was perfectly good) Called their customer service department and they never reached back out. Lost my business. Tina is awful!

To make  a return  they ask you  about  your entire  life . lady my life is not  your  business. that said  you still didn't get  my info.  nosy  cash register  ppl. I will be back  again  depending on your customer attitude racist

Not very helpful here. Employees are short with their attitudes and not welcoming spend your money at the Geneva location where they are willing to help

My mother has been here several times and she has had customer service be rude to her for no reason. My sister as well. It is as if they have something against them each time they visit the store. Even if you don't like your customers you still need to be polite, you know. I also have worked in customer service and know how to treat my customers with respect. After today my mother had yet another incident where she was asking for an availibilty of shirt in a certain color and the lady(s) she asked for help was rude, including during check out. Great way to keep your customers coming back. I guess you guys at this location should be happy because she will not be going back. If I could give zero stars I would.

I don't know what the lady's problem at this location  is. I just called and was put on hold by Jessica for 10 min. When she answered the phone I asked for the General manager if she was not there don't know why she would put me on hold and if she is there she refused to talk to me. My mother was at the store this week and once agin lady's were short and rude. Evertytime she goes in with coupons from Lane Bryant that she gets in the mail they never let her use them on anything she wants. I will be calling customer service and asking for the regionals manager phone number.
