This is my second time staying here in the winter Before Christmas. I enjoy their high tea in the afternoon that's complementary to their guests I like the indoor outdoor pool which is fun to do in December. The view is unobstructed every room has a view of the ocean and a private balcony. The rooms are a little dated but acceptable and clean. Great rates in the winter and a wonderful staff I will keep coming back.

Made reservations on a Tuesday we get there Friday night to be told we don't have reservations, and I do not know who the guy was working behind the counter he was dirty had holes in his shirt was about as unprofessional as you could get... We showed him our paperwork and confirmation number and he got very rude and ignorant and told us I'm sorry we don't have any rooms.... First thing they need to do is hit him with a bar of soap and a razor and get him some clothes to wear so he doesn't look homeless and then teach him some manners of how to talk to people.... The lady that was dealing with us at first was extremely polite and professional she asked me if I was military that I would get a discount I told her not all I am I retired from serving 23 years in the Army but I am also a disabled veteran, then we seen him come around the corner after listening to our conversation rolling his eyes and then he took over to politely tell us we Have No Reservations they're overbooked and I explained that we just drove three and a half hours to get here.. he said with a smirk on his face while if I was you I would get back in your vehicle and start driving up and down the road and try and find some places with vacancy before they're all gone also.. I would not stay at this place if they paid me to...

An interesting hotel with a great location. All rooms have an ocean view in the Suites hotel. The lobby area of the main building was nicely decorated for Christmas and full of families enjoying the traditional afternoon tea. This is a place that could be great and the staff seems to be making an effort, yet fall short. Dishes in the kitchen were dirty, outside areas had trash, over filled trash cans, elevator dirty, etc. Not sure that we would return. It's not a 'hell no' nor is it a 'hell yes'. Started off promising but disappointed in the end.

Very nice hotel. Stayed in the Suites building, next door to the main building. Rooms are very spacious. Full kitchen facilities. All rooms face the beach directly. Access to the boardwalk is right outside the building. My only negative is the entry to all rooms is from the outside. No hallway. Somewhat of a safety concern, unless there are security cameras mounted over the corridor leading to the rooms. My preference is to stay in the main building although the rooms are smaller.

Excellent place to stay and relax ! Staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic, so go with a big appetite because servings are huge. Porch and outdoor restaurant great on a rainy day or anytime. Extra comfy beds.Zippy lounge is relaxing and bartender on eve of 8/28 was outstanding. Felt like I was at home at the ocean. Loved my stay and will stay again !!
