Absolutely disgusting! The air conditioner smells like cat urine! Dresser drawer is broken, closet door broken. Lights don't work. Patched holes in the wall. Have to bring your own toilet paper! No towels, washcloths or any paper products of any kind. Do NOT stay here, complete rip off!

We had a mixup with our reservations at another place and needed somewhere to stay at last minute. Angelo gave us a much better spot right on the boardwalk with a balcony at a reasonable price for two nights. He took us to our room and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for saving our family vacation, Angelo!

The rooms were really nice. We got put in the "new building" that they apparently bought back in Feb. The room was nice, but for the price we paid, we didn't get WiFi, because it didn't reach to the new building, the shower/tub combo was set up in a way that both were always on. This meant that we would shower and have water pour out of the head and out of the faucet, so you ended up standing in water the entire time. Check in was also a little odd. We showed up right at 3pm and the owner was bluntly drinking and asking us the same questions over and over.

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! The owner is extremely rude! Really uncomfortable. Parking was a pain! Not worth the money. The sofa bed was messed up. I told the owner and he told me "it's a rental brother." He was acting like that was an excuse for it being uncomfortable. As if he had no responsibility. Couldn't believe how rude he was. Bottom line, STAY AWAY!

Very hospitable gentleman who got us set up with our room. Fair and reasonable pricing and conveniently located by boardwalk. I would stay again. We will have to see what other properties they have available for future endeavours.
