Love this hotel. People are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. I love staying in the retro part of the hotel. I stay here everytime I go to Ocean City. I really enjoy talking to the night time desk person I think his name is John when I do down for coffee in the morning

Pros: 1. Rooms are large, can accommodate 6 guests and are really clean. 2. Extremely close to the beach; the walk from hotel to beach is about 3 minutes. 3. Indoor and outdoor pool. 4. 3 blocks to the boardwalk tram station ($3 one way, per person). 5. So many things to do steps outside of the motel including Jolly Rogers, round-the-clock dining, scooter rentals etc. 6. Their noise pollution policy is respected. 7. Parking was never an issue. Cons: 1. For the price, it would be nice to offer complimentary breakfast. 2. Pool appears more spacious in pictures; it's actually quite small. Overall, the stay was pleasant and very convenient for our family of 7 (6 adults, 1 child under 6). We stayed in tower 2, which appears to be recently renovated though some areas could use an update. Not really much to complain about but not sure if I'd stay here again as the rates are for larger groups and I don't often travel with my entire family. The location is awesome, the rooms are clean and the amenities are acceptable.

There was a cleaning fluid spill in our original room, but Management was quick and friendly about moving us to another room. Motel's location is very good - close to many things. Have been coming here for many years. Not an 'upscale' place, but comfortable, generally clean, and usually pretty quiet. Reasonable for the price.

Terribly dirty room that reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Poor accessability to rooms on upper floors. Rude staff in the office. Not a good experience, at all. Won't be staying there again.

Close to the beach and north end of the boardwalk, plus free morning coffee. Those are the Flamingo's greatest attributes. The rooms are suitable beach quality. Unfortunately smoking is still permitted on balconies and walkways, forcing sensitive people to keep balcony doors closed and sometimes walk through clouds. That policy seems dated.
