It's hard for me to give a fair review on my stay. The area suffered a blizzard & Ocean City was under a foot & a half of snow. Making our room on the 8th floor very cold, because it's designed for summer travelers. With 2 beautiful decks. Tile flooring in the bedroom area where the Jacuzzi is located. Which I normally like, but not on this occasion. The hotel did the best they could. The decks were cleared of snow. There was a small heater plugged in when we entered the room in addition to the regular heating system. Which we cranked up to get the room warm enough to enjoy the Jacuzzi. It took the water awhile to heat up since we were on the top floor. But when it did it was fantastic. I was disappointed we couldn't sit out on the decks even with coats. Due to high wind and -9 freezing temps. I would return to visit again, but only during warmer weather.

Went in the off season and got a good deal on Groupon. Really clean, classy place with a great view from our balcony.

Usually it's a 5 star stay but the water leak on the 6th floor made the walls moldy and the smell was off the wall. They did have a fan in the hallway but it didn't help the smell. At least they tried. Location is fabulous. The view is spectacular The perks are worth it $10 a night to use at their restaurant plus their discounts and specials. Still recommend

Great location and amenities, but odd configuration and kind of run down... And well, understand that is literally on the boardwalk, steps from the beach and bars.

We have been coming here each October for the past 8 years. The hotel is right on the boardwalk overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The boardwalk is about 3 miles long. Ocean City has many events here to continue to boost the OC resort economy. The rooms are spacious and clean and reasonably priced during off season. My wife and I look forward to this trip each year.
