Dylan is real gentlemen and really cares customer satisfaction.
drain plug was broken off and thanks Dylan and his support for resolving the issue.  really enjoy the motor and boat. powerful and quiet. all the best.

Had a weekend planed. Family was comming over to visit and a foriegn exchange student from France. Wanted to buy an 2018 Rubicon deluxe. Went in on Saturday, Dylan and Murray did not have any ready to go that day but non the less payed for a new one. Little disapointed I could not have the kids use an atv. Murray of dunsford stepped up to the plate and lent me the demo Rubicon for the weekend! WOW! EVERYONE LOVED IT! MADE a great weekend! A blast! HONDA RUBICON is a great atv handles everything easy.
  Special thanks to Dunsford and Murray for letting me use to demo unit for the weekend. 
Looking forward to seeing my new 2018 Rubicon delux.

Never  having anything to do with this business before I am a little shocked at the lack of customer service that I have heard so many good things about over the years. 
 I went on their website and was very pleased to see that they have a online service request form that you could fill out and send to them.  Three business days later I have still not heard a thing from them. Not a very good way to start out a new customer/ business relationship. I received a confirmation email that they received my request I  would be contacting me to follow up on my request. Well… That has not happened.  Sorry to say Dunsford of Havelock but the potential for a new customer has been lost and I will take my business else where. 
 My conclusion can only be that this business is too big and doesn't require any more new customers.
