I have just had the BEST experience EVER in a service department.  Lauren and the other awesome lady ( forgot her name sorry) made my visit.  I actually look forward now to go to a dealer,  one I normally dread. Give these ladies a raise and keep the popcorn coming!

I bought my first car here and when we looked for a truck here with jermaine the salesman he was very helpful, polite, professional and patient until we found the right truck. If you need a vehicle I highly recommend jermaine at riverside. Any time I needed service on my car the service dept was the best. I have referred others there and they were also very happy.

Just wanted to share what a great experience we had at Riverside Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and Fiat in New Bern, NC. We were looking for something used, but very specific, and found a fantastic car through their internet sales website.  Negotiating and buying cars is never fun, but add in an unknown dealership and a 3.5 hour drive, and you have a recipe for disaster. Thankfully, we had quite the opposite. Everyone from the internet sales contact Terra to our Associate, Phillip Edwards, was professional and made things easy. When it came down to the final negotiations, they even took the time to “re-run” our credit application results because it didn’t “look right” which brought down our interest rate almost another point and a half! If you’re in the process of looking for a car, be sure to check out their website. We were thoroughly pleased with not just the car but the process!

My wife and I just purchased a new 2018 Compass Trailhawk from Riverside. We bring all our vehicles to Riverside for service. Christine is the best!!  The service department I would recommend to anyone!!
