Top notch staff, very friendly and not pushy. Professionals that you actually enjoy doing business with. The finance manager, Herbie Nelson, knows his job well, is very personable, and efficient. Will do business with them again.

Our salesman, John Hanzel, was great! He was attentive and honest and went above and beyond with our 3 year old son making sure he had a snack, etc. while we were there. If you are in the market for a new or used car I would highly recommend visiting this Nissan place and seeing how John can help you out!

Absolutely terrible service. Very rude customer service. Took my car there to get looked at and they broke it. Called to talk to them as I was pulling out of the parking lot and never got a response. Kept getting disconnected every time I called, left messages and got nothing for a month. Car broke down on me three days after leaving the New Bern dealership on highway 85 in Charlotte NC, going 70mph. Had to take it to another Nissan Dealership to get fixed paid $1150 after I paid $212 at new Bern for them to break it. Called multiple times never got a response. Was told my breaks would last me atleast 6 more months, and I had NONE, luckily I didn’t wreck. Josh the gentleman who helped me was Always away from the phone and never got a call back so after a month of me calling three times a week I finally get a answer saying they can’t do anything and was VERY VERY rude to me and wouldn’t let me ask questions. Will be calling corporate tomorrow to get something done about the terrible service there. Note in the last 5 years my mother, sister and myself have all bought BRAND new Nissan vehicles from this place and this is the service I get. DO NOT RECOMMEND EASTERN CAROLINA NISSAN in New Bern!!!

I just bought my Nissan rogue there and everyone was so nice. My car salesman was Peter and I highly recommend him. He went above and beyond to help me
