Pulled up the drive through and the guy started yelling at me mid order saying "What size!?" I was placing my order and I was getting to the size. I was furious so I drove up to the window and asked why he was yelling. He saw me and knew right away that I could speak Hindu. He asked if I spoke Hindi and started talking to me in Hindi. He said the last 5 customers had told him the wrong size so he was frustrated. I told him I hadn't done anything to him so he shouldn't be yelling. Never going here or any other Dunking until they make this right.

Stop here in the mornings before work. They start making my coffee as I walk in. Usually done before I reach counter. Great service and coffee always tastes the same every time.

It's really great and fast service. My only complaint is that they aren't really talkative and don't give you the total. Other than that pretty happy

Guy in blue shirt had terrible attitude this morning. 3/14 around 11am. Rushing me and my friend to order and was very rude and looked at me like I was dumb. Maybe because I have an accent he pretended not to understand me.

I have been ordering coffee here for roughly a month. "Medium hazelnut iced coffee, flavor shot, easy creme easy sugar." I usually get normal creme and sugar and when I say that's not what I order all they do is pour out half of it and refill it so it just melts the ice but most of the sugar and creme are on the bottom so It doesn't change anything.... how hard is it to do your job and listen!
