Don’t know who the night shift is but the women hooked us up with the bacon on our sandwiches and the coffee is spectacular even though it’s probably old espresso. Wish I tipped these wonderful ladies! Will definitely be back!! We were confused about certain menu items but she was happy to help! 10 stars to the night shift on 09/02/22!

Remodel looks nice, cosmetic more than necessary. Orders are still in accurate but its expected

Everything was burned, we trashed 80% of our order. Lousy service lousy food prep.  Don’t waste your time or money here.

my dog got bit at the dog park today. so something to cheer him up i decided to call and kindly said “hi do you guys have pup cups?” and she started screaming and saying that the police are on there way, and to stop prank calling. I had no clue what she was talking about and she was swearing and everything i don’t know what was wrong. i always come to this dunks i’ve never had a problem like this!!

Was on a 5 state road trip to Maine,  stopped at a bunch of Dunkins in my 1800mile trip !!  Across the board on simple things there was mess ups!

I think this is one of the best stores in the chain. The employees are extremely friendly and competent. Service is quick, and seems to be very well staffed all the time. I will go out of my way to go to this store.Outdoor seating: No

There is only one person working counter. She is talking on her phone. Her phone call is more important than taking an order. When she did finally decide to put her phone down, she had an attitude at the counter, completely disregarded my order and started to ring in what ever she felt like. Then proceeded to tell me the did not have frozen coffee drinks with hazelnut shots, it had to be strawberry or blueraspberry or the like.  I ended up walking out because I shouldn't feel like a burden ordering a coolants @ Dunkin Donuts

I been here many times and I never been more upset of what this employee did to my coffee. She disregarded what I asked to be put in both coffees and when I told her to remake it she made it the same way and made the same mistakes. If you want good coffee don’t come here on a Sunday worst customer service ever and no manager was on duty.
