Sometimes you get fast service 3 days in a row, then new staff is on duty another day and the drive through is backed up. It seems they put the wrong person at the order/payment window on these days. When I see the takeout line like this I try to go inside. Sometimes the door is locked after 7am even though the door has hours of operation for dining entrance starting at 6:30 AM. I guess when they are good, their good. When they're bad, they fail across the board. 9 out of 10 drive through experiences, they have my order on the other screen in the other drive through lane so when I pull up to the window, you do not know what you owe them and this further slows down the progress of the cars in line trying to get to work.

Just a normal "Hi welcome to McDonald's what can I get for you today?" type of greeting however it did have a bit of a delay on receiving our order so we were asked to move to the 3rd window after they took my payment of course & it felt like they forgot us so we was waited an additional approx 6-8 minutes... However they were in appropriate good manners & we had a quick chuckle with the person and went on our way to eat the food...  Thank You To All Of You Whom Work There I know It gets stressful when it's busy just try not to carry it onto your next customer is all

This is likely my Favorite McDonald's in the area. Always consistent with quality and service, and they employ an amazingly special employee in Michelle, and she's always an added bonus to the experience!  She's absolutely phenomenal!!!  Always a treat to have her greet you when you walk in!!  Go Michelle!!!Food: 5/5

Driving back from Portland, Maine and stopped for a bite to eat at 2:06am. I'm dead serious when I say this was the best, fresh, and most delicious Double Quarter Pounder I have ever eaten!! I was shocked at how fantastic it was. Amazing drive thru service. Our order was correct, condiments were correct, and the food was hot and fresh! Amazing location and service.

i have never had a problem with this mcdonald’s however tonight i stopped here to grab a bite around 12:30AM waiting in the drive thru line for a good TWENTY minutes to leave with nothing. the night shift workers are so unprofessional and extremely rude!! when it was my time to order, i was giving to whoever took my order the online code deal all i know she was latina and she was so impatient, IGNORANT and unprofessional!!! unbelieble… left and went to wendy’s where i was well received.

Coffee with espresso shot is $2.99 ss opposed to dunkin donuts almost $6. Cashier couldn't speak good English though and charged me a medium instead of large but other than that good coffeeFood: 4/5

It's already several times that I ask for my daughter's Cheeseburger without vegetables and they deliver it to me with onion.  She is allergic to onions, peanuts and eggs.  Tonight at 7:15 someone imagine the manager tells me that the cheeseburger does not have vegetables!  Is onion a fruit, meat or vegetable?  Then She speaks to me with attitude and from the station where she was she throws the cheeseburger and it falls to the ground, then someone carefully picks it up, thinking that she wasn't looking and throws it in the trash.  Then she told me it's a misunderstanding because she doesn't know who took the order.  Well, the order is taken by whoever is taking orders at the windows for the cars.  I didn't like the treatment and the conversation that the employees had, it's like this Latino with bad English is bothering.   That is discriminating against us, maybe my English is not perfect but I know how to say cheeseburger not vegetables!  I will not return to this place.

Usually when we go the this express McDonald's. It's not that express and have to wait a while to get your food. But this last trip our buns seemed quite fresh and everything was hotRecommended dishesMcnuggets & 2 L Fries, Strawberry Shake, Big Mac, Quarter Pounder Deluxe

Drive thru, almost 1:00 am. Guy in front of me sat at the speaker for 6 minutes after I pulled up behind him waiting for someone to take his order. When my turn came I waited an additional 7 minutes before she took my order. That's 13 minutes in drive thru with only two cars

Another wholesome experience yet again. Prices were low, staff were friendly and efficient, food was hot and tasty, and location was modern with a nice dine-in. Highly recommend.
