Highly recommended! Dwyer had previously completed an HVAC install for my brother. When my (new) furnace (installed months earlier as a warranty replacement) wouldn't work in my rental property, my Brother recommended Dwyer. They showed up on a Saturday night within an hour of my call. The technician identified a wiring issue, installed a new thermostat, and got the system working perfectly. He was there for three hours on a Saturday night, with no scheduled appointment, and within an hour. The service call, parts, and three hours labor were $400. A class act, professional, reliable company.

Second time using Dwyer! Great service again! Prices are average or slightly below for the area. $69.95 service call fee, lower than most but pretty typical. I like that they always give me a quote and explain the job before starting anything.

I recently contacted Dwyer for a Heating and Air System Issue and it was a very professional and informative experience. The technician, Herbert Hernandez took his time and inspected both the inside and outside units, was very knowledgeable and provided detail with regard to how to proceed in different scenarios(blower motor failure, system replacement,etc.) And finally, and most importantly he resolved the issue. I will be recommending Dwyer and Herbert to all of my friends.

Time and again Dwyer Plumbing has completed the work in a timely, professional manner. Our most recent service professional, Oscar, took the time to diagnose the issue and explain to us in simple terms what was going on and how the issue could be resolved. He was polite, honest, and respectful of the time we needed to have the job completed. We'll be returning customers of Dwyer Plumbing!
