Horrible customer service -Very pushy and rude on the phone.  Cancelled work  to be there during the 2 hour window and they called at the end of the 2 hours to say they weren't coming at all!  Tried to reschedule but they refuse unless my husband was also home.  Ridiculous.  There are other companies that are much better, will come out when they say they will and won't waste your time

Extremely disappointed with the lack of Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing of Virginia's ability to schedule and show up for installation. 
They make the process to add on to completed work after a warrant transfer fairly difficult.
We have not had calls from the customer service rep (Art) returned on numerous occasions.
We have had 2x "scheduled" installations missed due to (2 hours after the show time and multiple calls from me to Brittany) 1- the crew's truck "broke down" and 2- Amanda isn't showing us on the schedule for service on Saturday, despite rescheduling on Monday and confirming on Thursday.
