Gary M. was very professional and helpful with getting the issue resolved with our water heater. He recognized the issue quickly and corrected it in a timely manner. He also offered recommendations on how to correct if we run into these issues again in the future. I would definitely reach out the McCarthy Services again.

The technician from McCarthy Services performed a routine maintenance on the furnace as part of an HVAC maintenance contract. While he was doing this he broke the outside faucet (it would not shut off). Instead of telling me what had happened he just walked away and left it running for me to discover the next day. I had to get a plumber out (NOT McCarthy Services) to fix it. I complained to McCarthy Services and they never responded. I wondered why he was in such a hurry and didn't try the usual McCarthy Services hard sell tactics. There should be an option to give a company zero stars.

Mohamed arrived on time and was very knowledgeable regarding to the HVAC system. Mohamed explained to me on how my HVAC system operates and offered great suggestions on how to increase my system efficiency and how to lower my utility bill. Mohamed also discussed with me on how to make my home safer regarding using a gas HVAC system. Jennifer did a great job explaining their services and Kimberly did an outstanding job keeping me informed on the status of the maintenance crew.

Had a Magic-Pak installed and received all the guarantees that if anything went wrong they would be easy to contact.  Had a problem with the heater the next day.  Sent several emails to Dave Cordle and no responses, even requested contact info for the higher up, still no response.  They'll take your money and leave you high and dry! Contact us page only has main # for purchases.

What was supposed to be a simple fix became a very difficult job (old house, these things happen all the time.) Gary was patient and explained everything very well. He kept me in the loop as time passed about what he was doing, or if he needed additional parts. He was very respectful of my home and my time, and my problem is fixed! Shower works better than it did before it broke. McCarthy is my go-to plumber.
