Very unhappy customer!  A month BEFORE the installation of my 17 windows, I requested a modification of 5 windows to 'gridless windows'.  I was told by 2 different people that "this will not be a problem" and "don't worry about it."  Their plan was to install the original order (with grids) and then return to replace the panels (without grids).  This plan sounded odd, but I went with their plan.  After the install and after they had received the money, they told me that it would cost and extra $800 and because I didn't have it documented that they were going to do it for 'free' and that they would not fulfill what they had promised me.  This is bad business!  I had the opportunity to cancel my order when I decided to modify my order, but Windows Nation chose to wait for the install and the receipt of my money before going back on what they had promised me.

Window Nation significantly exceeded my expectations! From our sale rep, to our installation schedulers, to the installers themselves, everyone went above and beyond. Two additional folks stopped by the day of the job to ensure that I was satisfied with everything. Amazing customer service and the windows look fabulous!

Window Nation staff were absolutely excellent, reliable and easy to work with.  The crews did a great job with the replacement of the roof, skylights and windows in my house.  The company has experienced, fast, clean and very respectful technicians.  The quality of their job is an A+
