Our convenient facility is located in Lexington, SC off I-20 and exit 51. Dynamic Health and Fitness is the newest state of the art health club Lexington has to offer. Since opening in December of 2012 Dynamic Health and Fitness has helped obliterate more excess weight and enhance more lives than any facility in the surrounding area. Dynamic on Longs Pond is great! The staff is very encouraging & supportive. I love their variety of equipment & the resources they have to help you reach your health & fitness goals. As a mom of young children, I appreciate the fact that they offer childcare & the whole staff (including management) is great about interacting with the kids. I’m also thankful they are open 24/7, so I can go whenever my schedule allows. Their dedicated team members & great resources are a huge part of why I am finally seeing results & why I can honestly say that Dynamic has become one of my happy places!

Great place! Been working out here about 10 months the staff Sarah, Jamie, Taylor are super friendly always a  welcoming smile. Love those guys!! Very attentive if you call someone over while you're working out. My personal trainer Morgan is beyond awesome!  Pushes me but doesn't break me holds up a great conversation she's the best! all around like I said great place!!

Dynamic fitness is an amazing place to workout, anytime of the day! I love the atmosphere. As soon as you walk in you are immediately greeted with a smile from the front desk team. They get to know you, and encourage you to keep coming back. Taylor is always happy to help if I have any questions about the equipment or with my account. The Longs pond location is my favorite. I have been to the West Columbia location a few times, but longs pond is my home gym.

My husband and I love Dynamic Health and Fitness! The staff is great!  They are always friendly and motivating! Taylor communicates with us on a regular basis to make sure we are happy and successful with our fitness goals.  The classes are amazing!  There is a wide range of classes to suit every fitness level. Best decision we ever made!!!

I've been working out at DH&F at Longs Pond Rd for over a month and really enjoy it.  It's not as large or as new as the one on Charter Oak, but it has the same equipment, a great vibe, positive banter among all the members and a fun staff.  Members there come in all shapes and sizes and ages and exit the gym and classes with sweaty smiles and laughter.  Plenty of encouragement from everyone and no one feels awkward or out of place.
