Always courteous and professional.  The facility is always clean and well maintained.  Great trainers who are knowledgeable and like people and care about the folks they train. They put money back into keeping equipment updated as well as adding new machines.  I have been going to fitness facilities for 30 years.  I never knew if the doors would be chained at my next visit.  I do not have that concern with Pivotal.  They listen to and act on the surveys they send out.  Good job all!

Great gym. Eclectic mix of members from casual to bodybuilder types. Large facility with decent equipment. Friendly staff and affordable with child care and classes optional. Needs more Sophie tho

Have been going to this gym since beginning of last year. They had let me cancel my contract before based on a temporary move through an employment offer email and when I came back I decided to rejoin. Now that my job is relocating me to the West Coast, they won't allow me to cancel my membership unless I provide a bill utility which won't happen in another three months (due to my stay in a temporary housing until I find a permanent house). My relocation notice (with a start date and a job address) or signed employment contract apparently is not enough for them to actually believe that I am moving because they "don't know if I could have faked it". I offered to put them in contact with an official recruiter to verify the employment, yet they won't take it either. Completely disappointed. Do not recommend at all.

First I would like to say Pivotal fitness is a great gym!!! I've been going here for awhile now and The management/workers have always been friendly and professional. If you have a busy schedule like me they will work with you and your schedule so you can stay fit and achieve your goals. Definitely recommend this gym.

I really enjoy this gym facility. It's laid back, there is no reassure to make you feel out of place. Equipment is in good shape and has amazing fitness classes. The facility are top notch and willing to assist when ever they are needed. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone.
