This place sucks at customer service!! Let’s start with one of the rude “managers” who works evenings(Skinny blond chick). She had a nasty attitude, very condescending and snobby, with my sister and I as we were trying to figure out a solution to trying out the gym considering we just moved here and wanted to find a home gym. She slammed things around as if she was so irritated that we asked questions then she proceeded to say “you can workout for $12 but you can’t workout for free.” As if we asked to workout for free! Then says “if there’s nothing else I can help you with, I’m gonna leave.” Just treated us like dirt under the rug!! We were really excited about this gym as we heard great things from family and friends but now I would never step foot in that place again!! The only half decent person there was the front desk girl named Nicole, and she looked like they put her through hell as well. I’d give 0 stars if I could. WORST GYM EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Staff is unprofessional, rude and impersonal. I will file a complaint with the Chamber/Business of Commerce & BBB. I was end the Media/Movie room my workout ended at 9:58 p.m. as I was stepping down from the treadmill a male employee walks in and yell "it's time to go".  Typically an courtesy time reminder is given over the intercom which did NOT occur. It's a way to properly address members who help you earn a living and this isn't it. There's been an number of rude customer service dealings I will not be renewing my membership!

Words cannot describe the lack of support from the staff at this gym. For one, this place is not a military friendly gym. I drove 40 minutes to come to this gym as I considered moving around this area. However, I was denied a trial because I didn't have a South Carolina ID. I'm in the military and not from the state of South Carolina. Explanation of this was not sufficient as the staff ignorance was portrait through her facial expressions. Secondly, they waited until I filled out all the information before they treated me as a secondly class citizen. Third this process took over 30 minutes to conclude. Just a disappointment of an institution that is not representative of the MÜV fitness chain.

The General Manager was a complete jerk. He treated his employees like dirt. And then continued to ignore us for a tour and getting us fully signed up. They only let you do a 14 day free pass if they feel 100% your going to sign there 1 year contract. What they say online with a risk free 14 day trial is not true at all.

The front desk staff was very courteous and professional, the equipment in the free weight section is rusted and in need of some TLC. I normally use the gym in harbison but I recently moved to this side and I must say it’s a bit disappointing when you go to use a machine or the weights and they are rusted but the cardio equipment is well kept.
