Been here a short while, but a very nice apartment.  Rent is currently about the same as in Bismarck, N.D.  The entry/halls are nice and clean.  There is a central play area for children.  It is near the new high school, so it is on the edge of town, but that just means it's quiet.  Staff is helpful, and takes down maintenance requests and gets them completed quickly.  So far, so good!

March 2018 Update:  Snow removal is almost non-existent, either in the parking lot or the sidewalks; some maintenance calls take quite a while to get taken care of; electric heat = expensive heat; patio door leaks A LOT and was never taken care of.

Quiet, cozy, doesnt feel like you are in city limits with the trees and landscaping.  Birds chirp in the morning i hwve even seen bunnies.  Each unit has a well equiped gym.  Nice dog park and garden plots. Love it 5+ stars
