This past weekend me & a friend of mine floated the Buffalo in Yellville, AR.  We stayed the night at Eagle's Nest & felt like we had our own personal babysitter.  I understand that owners don't want people to vandalize their property but we are grown women in our 30's.  We had a great time in Yellville but while staying at Eagle's Nest we were accused of things that we did not do!  I believe that if you are going to own a lodge then give people some sort of privacy while they stay.  Don't get me wrong, the rooms are very standard and clean but we didn't feel like we were on vacation.  We felt as if we were on a church retreat with chaperons.

My wife and I enjoyed our two-day stay at the Eagles Nest Lodge in Yellville, AR last week.  No, we didn't expect the Waldorf; but were treated to spacious, clean accommodations, appropriately appointed.  Our innkeeper/hosts could not have been more gracious and attentive.  We did not find their behavior anything like the behavior calimed in the June, 2009 review by 'lizmattern'.  They clearely state their policies and expect their guests to conform to their guidelines.  What in the world is wrong with that?
