Great location right on the shores of beautiful Bull Shoals Lake.  Owners are super friendly, and take great care of the rooms & pool.

Located deep in the woods of seclusion, you arrive to find a lovely property that is well cared for, under the maintenance of people that quickly become like family.
Bob and Sue went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant (and Bob even saved our sinking boat).
If you're looking for a place that is comfortable, clean, with outstanding service yet is away from all the hustle and bustle of the city, this place is for you.
Bull Shoals is one of the most pristine lakes of the Ozark Mountains and this cottage resort is certainly one of the best kept secrets.
Edgewater is certainly on the water. The boat docks and slips are nicely maintained. The pool is lovely and pets are welcome, including our parrot.
The only tip I would recommend for travelers not familiar with the area is to stop off in the Mountain Home area for your provisions before you arrive. It is a good hours drive to a grocery store in any direction, and if you suffer from motion sickness, you may want to stock up on Dramamine for the rides on the hilly country roads full of twists and turns. It is relatively simple to navigate a trailer with a large boat, however care is needed.
We stayed for a full week in the 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage without a hitch.
