Nice staff and they do work at keeping the area clean. We were at site 14 and when we plugged into the 50 amp receptacle it caused electrical damage to our 5th wheel. Because of the plug-in being positioned badly we could not use our surge protector. Learned a valuable lesson on that! Originally was assigned a pull through spot but they are so narrow that our slide outs would have touched our neighbors. In the pull through spots you could not even open an awning all the way or have chairs out to sit on. No room even for a picnic table, so we asked to move to a spot where we could have some room and to put out a small dog pen. They were nice enough to work with us. LOTS of full timers in park, in the best and largest spots. Some of the RV's were in horrible condition, covered in moss, dirt, cracked windows and some units looked like they belonged in a junk yard. We will NOT return.

Oh my goodness. Whatever people were complaining about has been fixed. This place is my favorite on our six week trip. Lovely people beautiful unspoiled spots plenty of room between spots. We were in phase 2 and it was awesome. I wasn't even bothered by not having very good internet. I will be back there time and time again!!! Loved it if I could give it more stars I would!

If you value a good internet connection, do not stay at this park. They limit the daily use to 1,500 MB per day and that doesn't even support keeping up with social media, let alone watching any Youtube videos, etc. Internet sucks! It is quiet, but not service oriented. Rarely anyone in the office during the day. I would not choose this park again.

Dirty run down park, very high rent, landlord charges electric and dose not provide bill, water shut off when temperatures hit freezing, poor high traffic hwy location, very slow glitchy wifi when working, rat infested, old worn out laundry mat, rude owner and staff!

So far, it depends on the spot you pick out. We found a spot right in the trees. Very nice place. Full hook ups, 30amps only. But cable is included. The sites are on the small side if your rig is on the bigger side. It's neat and clean here with friendly staff and other campers. Feels very safe and it's quite.
