Dr. O'Reilly diagnosed my sensorineural hearing loss (after an audiology test), explained my prognosis, prescribed an oral steroid, and made a 4-day follow-up appointment to check progress and determine whether a steroid injection is indicated. She was knowledgeable, confident, and sympathetic. She said an ENT practice will typically get someone in right away if sensorineural hearing loss is suspected. (I went online on a Sunday and booked a Monday appointment.)

My Daughter had her tonsils removed by this practice. They were professional, kind, and scholarly. I would highly recommend them

No appt issues, Dr O & staff wonderful. They took care to explain everything I had questions on for my daughters issues and offered many options rather than rushing us on. I am very comfortable with the office and procedures my daughter has needed after interacting with them.

Waited 30 minutes. No apology for the wait then was rushed out.

Very unprofessional staff, let me set up an appointment, I waited a month for the appointment to then surprise me with a 100.00 dollar bill I was never aware off, let alone the appointment was for my daughter and needed an appointment asap, didn't even had the courtesy to ask how my daughter is doing or any sort of info of where else I can I go, they don't give a crappie about the patient all they want is your money, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
