DO NOT GO HERE. I am writing this review to help others be informed that this place has awful customer service, terrible doctor/patient relationships, and does NOT care about your health. I went and got tested to see if I have celiac or not. They got my results after 3 weeks, so I followed a gluten free diet as instructed. When they told me my results they refused to tell me if I needed to stay gluten free and to schedule an appointment. I couldn’t get an appointment for the next 2 weeks, so stayed eating gluten free just in case because they still wouldn’t tell me my results. Then, the power went out during the wind storm, so my appointment got cancelled. Totally understandable. They said they would call me the following business day to reschedule. They never called, so I called them. Again, that’s fine. Then they told me that they couldn’t see me until a WHOLE month later. What?!? So they refuse to tell me results for 2 WHOLE MONTHS if I can eat gluten free or not... THEN a they charged me more than $5000, even though they said it would be covered, so that was a whole other deal. These people are money suckers and I still have YET to know if I’m gluten free or not. I’m currently getting my records and changing doctors, so I will update for others’ well being if I find a better doctor in the area. Again, avoid GANV at all costs! Not worth never knowing your results and terrible customer service.

Horrible clinic. The doctors are incompetent, or perhaps just greedy and unsympathetic. The nurses have horrible bedside manner, and the staff are overall apathetic, unapologetic, and bad at their jobs. You can read any one of these reviews to hear about scheduling nightmares. I went in over the course of three appointments for intestinal pain, and didn't even receive a diagnosis. I got an endoscopy and didn't receive a diagnosis! All that happened is the doctor kept selling me over-counter placebos and recommending diet changes (though he didn't follow through or show any care enough to ask if the diet changes actually helped). You would be better off staying at home and hoping whatever you have passes than wasting money on this clinic. You would be better off going to a herb shop in China Town - at least the drinks they give you there will actually clear out your gastrointestinal tract!

The staff at the front desk and my nurse were nice, it was the doctor who I had an issue with. Dr. Mirkin has horrible bedside manners, he has no time to even hear what I had to say. He seemed incompetent at what he did and I will not be returning. After all the issues I have been going through he told me to take an over the counter med and "see if my symptoms go away in 10 days." If i continue having these symptoms for 10 days I will be in the hospital! He then mentioned, if you still have symptons in 10 days, come back and I will do very horrible things to you". SERIOUSLY? WHAT THE ****.
