I've gone to this practice for my healthcare for for the past 10+ years. All the providers give thorough, excellent care. I 100% trust them with my health and I recommend them to all of my loved ones

I have been trying for 2 weeks to get one of the doctors to send a proper order for the phlebotomy for my 85 year old mother whose specific blood cancer requires taking out a pint of blood every three moths. The diagnoses was made by famous Virginia Hematologist - Oncologist, Thomas P. Butler, who, unfortunately retired. The treatment that he ordered is a pint of blood out every 3 months. My mother is currently very sick, because the time for her regular phlebotomy is past due. She is swimming in her own cancer sweat every night. They either do not know how to do it, or for some reason they do not do it in spite of something?! I am at loss at this point. Every time they send the order, something is wrong with it or something is missing, although everything is in my Mom's records they have. They change doctors every time, and I do not remember the poor woman was able to see same doctor 2 times in a row. Currently waiting for a physician assistant to call back from her lunch. Maybe they do not care because my mom is old and sick - I am saying this because at this point I cannot find a reasonable reason. I am just praying my Mom does not die in the meantime.

I started seeing Dr. Casolaro a little more than a year ago when my long-time doctor retired. I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience, and since then, Dr. Casolaro and the practice have proven their consistency. A very modern, efficient office, a pleasant and knowledgeable staff (had a tetanus and pneumonia shot today by Jorge and could hardly feel the needle at all). By the time I get home from my annual physical, a summary of the visit is already online and available for my review. I have been VERY impressed with Dr. Casolaro's approach. He takes the time to get to know each new patient, is genuinely interested and engaged throughout the examination, and inspires a lot of confidence. I thought I'd never find someone to replace my doctor of about 15 years, but Dr. Casolaro and his team quickly met and exceeded the care I enjoyed all those years. My wife started seeing another doctor in the practice when her physician retired, and she has been satisfied as well. I cannot say enough to recommend him and the practice to anyone interested in excellent medical care.

Top doctors in the area they care for 3 generations of my family. I am in the medical field and I can honestly say I trust these people with my mother's life, and my own.
