They don't answer the phone at all. There is no way to schedule an appointment.

Has apt. at 11. Was seen by Doctor at 12. Got prescription on a Wednesday. It wasn't sent to my CVS. Called Friday morning, left message on machine that said "we'll call you back". Nothing. Left another on Sunday. Nothing. No call back, no CVS prescription. These guys are not just bad, they seem to be incompetent. Got a hold of someone today (monday), and again, was promised a callback. Not holding my breath.

i was going to go there for balance testing but after talking with Tracy who said she only deals with hearing aids I was told they don't do that and would need to send me to a neurologist before they can do surgery.  I was like WHOA...who said anything about surgery?  it's balance testing.  I did ask her what part of my message said anything about hearing aids but she didn't have an answer.  if I could give them less than 1 star I would so I'm being generous.  they also told me they don't take referrals so I guess they don't need my business.

RUDE RUDE RUDE
FRONT OFFICE clueless and billing department worse . Worst experience ever.. If you call asking questions figure them out another way because they have no patience, literally just had Lynn in billing scream at me that I called the wrong department and she can't help me as I was just apologizing for the mix up when I was transferred over to her she kept yelling over me... such a bad experience ! Ppl like this she quit if they're unhappy with their job seriously. I will never go to this office and will not refer anyone ever and will share this experience. One star is too much for this staff.

Best doctors ever!! Dr tolan and Dr Selena found my on going issue and nipped it the butt it has been a long process but what do u expect when it comes to perfection.
