Do not use, the therapist is way too rude to deal with and always tardy. Very poor time management skills. Also, does not have table side manners. I would go somewhere else where my money is appreciated.

Good luck getting through to this group. I have tried to make an appointment 3 times but have been put on hold for more than 30 minutes each time. I am not convince that this group even exists.

i saw dr jones as the result of a traffic accident i sustained while being hit on my motorcycle, head on, while waiting for a left turn at a stoplight. my wrists and right arm were broken very badly comparable in severity to what ken roczen went through last year. unfortunately for me i had experience breaking a wrist 3 times before. the last time i broke my left wrist my doctor then told me that if anything bad happened to my wrist again, they'd have to fuze it. needless to say i was very upset. they called in dr jones out of a dead sleep near midnight for my surgery. after viewing my xrays he told me it would be about 3 hours or so and it might take 2 seperate rounds. he ended up digging deep and performiong a single 6 hour surgery and reconstructed my arms in one round. my arms performed beyond my expectations after physical therapy. 
unfortunately i got an infection in my right ulna because it had broken through my skin in the accident into a dirty environment. i had to go through a long round of iv antibiotics with an infection specialist whose office was not nearly as professional as HSSoN. the infection involved another 2 surgerys on my right arm before i was done. very long and involved. months. 
even while i was healing from the infection, i was functional enough to work at my job as an auto tech. not full performance obviously but much more functional than i ever expected. 
after i was all healed up i was able to work with a high level of performance. i was also able to pursue riding a motorcycle (carefully) offroad again. 
it still blows my mind when i think about how badly my limbs were devastated and how well they work now. i really owe dr jones credit for not being crippled, able to work well as a mechanic again and pursue a hobby that is a deep part of how i identify myself.

Doctor was very nice and staff too, until I was late with a payment 2 days late and they send me to collection, I wanted to pay in full and lady on phone was very rude and didn't wanted to accept any payment, she refer me to a collection agency. ( worst collection place to deal with Quantum! )
My insurance didn't cover everything, bad on me that I didn't check with my insurance first before I had a finger surgery. I though it was going to be in office surgery and they send me to a hospital like if it was a big surgey! I recommend ask more questions about procedure where and how much you will end up paying plus all hiding fees :(

We love DR Fadell. Love the staff. Love the rehab therapists as well.
