Initial checkup was fine, but I had to schedule a follow up visit just before Christmas.  Unfortunately, I forgot about the appointment and missed it.  I got no email, no phone call, no text reminding me of the visit.  One month later I get a $100 no-show bill!  I called billing to see if I can get this straightened out or at least reduced.  Billing told me I needed to call Herndon office and Herndon tried to send me back to billing.  They basically told me there was nothing they could do about it.  I was going to reschedule but forget it!  Not going back there!!

 I  looked up  Dr Hermansen for a friend, and I intend to see her soon.  I had about 5  appointments  over a period of 4 years, all except one  of which required short waitsThe only help I got from
the posting was the address and  'phone number
