My mom went for her first time checkup after getting new insurance. The doctor here was much more helpful than our previous one. He explained what was happening with her eye, explained that the previous doctor's prescribed eye drops only soothed not cure the problem, and wrote a referral just in case it turns worse. Their website is very nice in that messages, billing, and records can be accessed in one place. My mom was very happy with this place and had no complaints.

Have been going to FFP for years. Dr. Susan Burroughs is one of the most compassionate, caring physicians around. She treats the whole person, not just any illness you may be experiencing. I have also had interactions with other Doctors in the practice (Carter, Patel, Ho, Ratterman, Yu and Devilbiss) and have also been extremely pleased with their concern for me as a patient (or my family members). Would not dream of going anywhere else.

This place has turned into a money generator versus medical care.  After many years of using them as my primary care, I much say that it is time to find another place.  Their urgent care is useless and just a way of funding the inexperienced doctors.  They only have a few doctors that are worth seeing under regular appointments and it takes nearly a month to get in to see them.

They take you back from the waiting room into a patient room and you wait for a very long time for anyone to come in.  The nurse ask more than enough questions, but when the doctor comes in they act as if everything that you just went through with the nurse wasn't even reviewed.   The doctor spent more time conversing with another doctor than they spent with me.  

Then they have the audacity to send me notes stating things that I NEVER stated - I guess they aren't very attentive either.  They spent less that 5 minutes with me and actually had to nerve to say that they had an "extensive" discussion with me.  Perhaps, extensive to them means more than a few minutes.  When I sent a message asking for my record to reflect the correct statements, I received no response!  Really, get a clue - you are working in a medical facility not in a grocery store or a customer service center.

Perhaps, they should be reported to insurance as a fraudulent service because they are billing for services that aren't even rendered.  You have definitely lost me as a patient, as I'll find someplace that that takes the time to know their patients and that are knowledgeable and considerate.

I just had my annual exam with Dr. Vivianna Jiang and she is amazing! Not to mention her lovely assistant Mari was also very kind and professional. I walked out of there feeling like all my questions had been answered and that she really took the time to listen to what I was saying with more compassion and feed back than your average professional. This entire practice is great, but my visit with her was one of my best. I definitely recommend her, she's a beyond stellar Doc!
