My wife and I had a really good experience here with Ernest. Never felt pressured or haggled. They gave us fair market value for our trade in without having to negotiate. I Love that VE has transparent pricing. Wonderful experience overall. Would recommend.

Here's the real deal.  Ernest seems like a great guy to buy from if you go there, ask NO questions, give him his money, and take the car.  Because he wont budge on price, and he doesn't care what defects a car has while his sticker prices are way over what they are worth.  He will also disregard any pre-purchase inspection you do, meaning if your mechanics says the engine is about to fall out, Ernest will say that doesn't matter, the price is still the same.  So either get ready to get lucky, or move on to the next.  Oh and if you want a Porsche or BMW and you knowledgeable about cars, don't even think about going there, because "he hates all BMW and Porsche guys" = (extrapolation)"I only want dumb buyers who know nothing and will just give me my money and drive away and leave me alone."

If you had good dealings with him, that simply means you got lucky and got a good car.  Under further inspection, the car I looked had had many problems that did not warrant the sticker prices, and it would be certain a detailed inspection would have brought out more defects from the signs I say from driving it.  But why do the PPI when he wont budge on the price?  Only an idiot would do that.
