We just purchased/leased a new Santa Fe Sport. In these times there is no such thing as a quick visit or purchase of a new vehicle but this was one of the better experiences we have ever had. Bill Johnston was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. We were treated fairly and with respect despite or inability to choose between two of their very fine products. We experienced no high pressure salesmanship, feeling very at ease throughout the whole process. The facility was spotless and we were made to feel welcome without any pressure as I stated above. I have no difficulty in recommending this dealership.

EXCELLENT SERVICE: From the moment I drove up service was prompt and of the the highest quality, Norm, my service advisor, was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, Zach , the Technician did a fine job with my geni coup and the car was cleaned very well. Mike, the Service Director, checked on me, he has a great team working for him. I would highly recommend Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale Service, Mike, Norm and the whole team to anyone.

My husband and I have purchased two cars in the past four years. This was our third and by far the best. Grant, our salesperson, was so personable, not at all pushy, and willing to help us find exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted. He made the whole experience comfortable and easy. He even drove out to New River to pick up the back seat of the vehicle we were trading in!! Excellent customer service. My husband is used to negotiating and was prepped for a difficult time, but the manager asked what we wanted and by the second offer, we had exactly what we asked for. The finance process was the fastest we had been through. The gentleman (I believe his name was Tristan) was again personable and made the process quick and easy. All around, I would go back to this location in a heartbeat.

Robert Sandberg was incredibly great. Treated me like I bought the car there. Helped me with an emergency situation without an appointment. Was realistic with constraints (they were incredibly busy that day) but he ended up over-delivering. I was out within an hour! I can't thank him and the guys in parts enough.

Great dealer for car sales, but even better for service. They have a very attentive and informed service dept, and do what they can to minimize the inconvenience of getting service performed. Pleasant atmosphere, ample "living room" customer lounge, and full compliment of refreshments, snacks, entertainment & productivity amenities. Always leave with a freshly washed vehicle after every service as well.
