Maryann was so knowledgeable and was such a pleasure to work with.  Scott also assisted in working out final details of the purchase and was extremely helpful as well.  Michael made the financing experience completely painless, and I was driving home my new Kia much quicker than I anticipated.

Maryanne provided excellent, professional, and prompt service. She listened and delivered with no haggling over price. She is now my car salesperson! Earnhardt KIA made a financial error, but quickly rectified it without a bunch of excuses. Thank you guys!

Been to this dealership for a few services over the last year of having my Soul. I have never had a bad experience here and the staff is always friendly. Excellent work, and the car always looks amazing when they're finished. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Scott Clark arranged for me to meet the GM, David Clark.  I was coming into town for a short time and needed to find a car for my daughters attending college in Phoenix.  David met me immediately and started explaining the cars to look at and understanding the budget I had.  I then was able to drive multiple cars with Tony Sol and my daughter as well.  Tony was very patient and explained all the features in the cars as we drove them.  David continued to check up on me and offered to talk to my husband on the phone.  Both David and Tony were very attentive.  David was straight forward making the buy experience non-stressful, which I needed.  Tony got my daughter all sync up with her phone before leaving.  Both said, any issues my daughter could call anytime knowing I am from out of state.  I want to thank Scott, David and Tony all for a great experience and making it less stressful than I thought it would be.  Thank you!

We just bought a KIA Soul this afternoon . Elena, our sales lady, was really super patient & helpful. NO HIGH PRESSURE by her or finance manager to buy a bunch of options we didn't need or want. Everything was explained and/or demonstrated by Elena. We asked lots of questions which she answered with thoroughness & patience. Everyone we spoke to was unfailingly polite & helpful. The best car buying experience I've ever had. PS: 1/2018 Brought the Soul in for servicing. Very quick. Ron, the Svc Mgr was friendly & helpful. Waiting area was clean & well stocked with beverages & snacks. We remain VERY impressed. Well done Earnhardt Kia!!
