Pet Supermarket has it all for your furry friends. We welcome customers to share their shopping experience with their pets. We sell more than 8,000 pet care products and services on our website and in over 170 stores located in a dozen states. We specialize in pet food, toys, medicine and clothing, and also offer pet grooming in some locations. In addition, Pet Supermarket works with area organizations to host adoptions and related events for animal welfare.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My bunny got sick and died a few weeks ago so I wanted a new bunny for my birthday. I went on my lunch break yesterday and they had 2 available. They let me hold them and I chose which one I was gonna come back for later that day. The clerk informed me that they would rather the 2 bunnies go together because they were bonded. I get what they meant but I wasn't going to pay $80 for 2 bunnies. Regardless, I do have the biggest cage but I didn't want double the work. So I told her I couldn't take both but I would like to come back later for that one. The lady said "Oh okay well we will see you later then".. Went back when I got off as I said I would, And I went and grabbed food, a little house and vitamin drops and asked one of the Workers to grab the bunny I picked earlier that day. They made me wait 15 minutes with my hands full as they were standing by whispering and finally the manager came over and literally told me they weren't selling the bunnies unless they were sold together... Every animal in that store in in a cage with their same species so are they really gonna make people buy the last 2 so the last one doesn't get left out?? I'm really just pissed they had me wait just to tell me that when the girl should have told me earlier that day that it wasn't an option instead of getting my hopes up.

They have everything., and they're very friendly..But they also have Chinese fighting fish dying in little cups. They also have horrible hermit crab conditions. Aren't you supposed to be the animal people? Why don't you know how to take care of the animals you have? And if you do..how can you live with yourselves? I feel bad that I have had to give you money....but I've found a way to buy my supplies online on Amazon.

Easy to get to. All major brands. Sometimes the parking is tight due to Panera bread next store over flowing into Pet Supermarket lot.

Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable.  Selection of pet foods is also expansive and the staff can help you find something that fits your needs
