Wow! This was our first visit to Petco grooming but won't be our last! Tyler did an amazing job on our Pomeranian. His grooming skills are exceptional and he was so patient with our fur baby. She looks great! We found our forever grooming home! Thanks Tyler 😁

I usually always have a great experience until yesterday afternoon about 4:30. I had a birthday coupon for free pound of dog treats, which I went to use, but the cashier said I had rewards and that I only owed $1.26, which I was willing to pay with my money because I didn't want to waste the coupon or the rewards. 

I would've preferred to have gone and grabbed another item but the cashier didn't care and was more concerned about the line when I tried talking to him. He said there was nothing he could do because the rewards had already been applied to my transaction. 

Then he has the audacity to scan my coupon, which froze his register. He continued to tell me he didn't know what to do and that I was fine to leave before he went to another register to help the other customers in line. 

He tried to take my coupon but I kept it cause it wasn't used. He used my rewards. But I would've preferred to have grabbed another item that my dog needed to go towards the rewards cause dogs aren't cheap. The coupon was to give me a FREE bag of dog treats. Why would I use my $5 rewards for the treats? 

The cashier never called a manager and just kept saying he couldn't help me. That's not great customer service at all. And I'm very disappointed. And also confused because I don't know if the transaction went through and used both my coupon and rewards for a $5.99 bag of treats.

The store is one of the main reasons I became a pet lover. I purchased my first pet (A love bird) here and from then onward, I keep on buying new ones. Thank you!
