Repeat satisfied customer.  We've had to replace (over the last few years) our washer & dryer and refrigerator/freezer side by side.   The gent who took care of us was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, asked us some questions we didn't think to ask ourselves - which in turn kept us from buying the wrong model for our home.  The prices are typically better than elsewhere.

With one delivery, they managed to put a minor crease in the side of the refrigerator while installing it - and quickly and cheerfully brought out another unit to replace it.

I'm not saying that we'll always only buy from them, but will certainly be the first place but it is certainly the first place we'll look.

I recently was in the store to look at microwave ovens. The sales associate (Hunter) was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. We decided on a paarticular unit. Once discovering it was on sale elsewhere I contacted the store. Tim the manager made sure the price was adjusted and I was a satisfied customer. What more can you ask of a store. Great job and excellent customer service.

I went in here today for the 1st time ever. I was looking for the Samsung gear fit 2. I found it and for $30 less than Best buy. I'm a happy camper ;) 
Associates were very friendly but not too knowledgeable. I'm glad I researched ahead of time so I knew exactly what I wanted. I will be back. They also price match so that is good to know as well ;)
