We purchased a new home,and was in need of oven. We went to the VA Beach store where we had the pleasure of meeting Mr JR Roden.He was very nice and took his time helping us pick out exactly what we were looking for.Not only did we find the perfect double oven, but also helped us find a new dishwasher and range hood. Our new kitchen is beautiful. Thank you JR and thank you East coast appliances for having a wonderful salesperson like him. If we ever need any other appliances this is the only place we will shop. Very easy experience. Lloyd explained the lay out of the store and almost immediately found me a washer that had the size and price that I needed. After visiting three appliance stores in the area, I got a washer I had seen at all three previous places for $50 less than the next best price.

We purchased a Frigidaire range, dishwasher and microwave. We thought about the cheapest combo, but we decided to get an upgrade because the better range was self cleaning and the dishwasher would be an energy saver quiet wash. The range is very efficient with 5 burners and looks clean and modern. The dishwasher is quiet, and the microwave is an improvement over a microwave taking up counter space. The salesman was enthusiastic and efficient answering all our questions to our satisfaction. Then we were able to finance with no interest over a year which will be a great way to pay. The two installers were polite, pleasant and efficient. They were careful not to leave any mess. We highly recommend East Coast Appliances in Chesapeake for an unhurried economical experience.

Professional service. John Langhorne helped make our purchase effortless and easy. Our old refrigerator stopped working while we were out of town. Was able to purchase and have delivered in 24 hours. Delivery folks were great too. 530605

Can't say enough good things about Kyle Louder, who has helped us long-distance with appliances on multiple occasions. Very easy to work with, always has great suggestions as to what will work best for us. Polite, efficient, on-time delivery. We would never consider going anywhere else!
