Scheduled tire change with Angelia and she was nothing short of amazing in her customer service! Everyone was professional and very helpful in assisting me and service time was quick. Would definitely recommend speaking with Angelia if you have any car maintenance issues.

Online price never matches in store price. Discounts only for on-line items that can be found in stores. Why does Sears have a retail store when all their sales are on-line only? Stay home and shop Amazon I guess.

Bought a dishwasher from this location waited 3 weeks for it to be delivered and when it was delivered it was broken so they took it back and then was told I would have to wait 3 more weeks to get another one so we wait the time and no one contacted us so we called and I was told it had been in the warehouse for a few days then had to wait 2 more weeks to get it delivered and again it was broken. Got a call 4 days after and was told "they just went ahead and cancelled it for me" before I even had a chance to say anything and now I have to deal with a 90 day process to get my money back. so I went to Home Depot online on a Wednesday got the same one for over $100 cheaper and it was delivered and installed that Saturday.  Go figure I don't have to wait 2 months and get to broken items from home depot. Last time I deal with Sears again

Needed some help today while shopping at Sears and ended up with the nicest customer service rep I think I've ever met! She was nice, polite and extremely helpful! Thank you, Jessica. You have a great career ahead of you!

Fine jewelry had the worst customer service!!!! I've been their twice looking for a wedding set and the two times we went the sales women did not acknowledge us or asked us I'd we needed help walked right up to us looked at us and kept moving we had her paged back to the counter and she instead stopped to help someone else!!!! She killed my joy of shopping for the most important day of our lives !! 12/1 2017 sear greenbrier mall
