I recently bought a washer and dryer from this best buy-- Purchasing the units was a very simple process and the employee who helped us was very helpful and friendly. Geek squad delivered and installed our units and when I had an issue while testing out my washer later that day, Geek Squad member Vinnie came back and helped me figure out the issue (it was not an issue with installation, it was an issue with my water pipes). Him and his teammates really went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service!

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Called multiple times and when finally got through the person on the phone was unbelievably rude. We were fine with the information that she gave us but the way her attitude was, was just unacceptable. No one should be spoken to that way. We have decided to stop shopping at best buy for this reason alone. And will be filing complains with corporate over it. Also she transfered us to Spanish when we asked to speak with a manager.

This location is awesome! Been going here for years. Great customer service. Everyone knows their department in and out. Employees are very accommodating and definitely willing to ask someone when they aren't 100% sure. Great memories here as technology continues to develop. As a former Apple employee I can say that Best Buy employees finally outpaced Apple employees in friendliness, knowledge in various areas of electronics and ability to consult a potential customer every step of the way. Lastly the African American cashier that wears glasses is awesome. He informed me about my purchase on the way out which led to me shopping online @ Best Buy amd getting something cool!
