The staff are always professional & kind, the wait never very long, and the office clean. The experience always comfortable. My birth control always ready. Really like the Portal to see information related to last appointments, test results, birth control refill requests, and quickly I can message my providers & they do reply within 48 hours business days. Thank you.

I ran out of my birth control earlier than I thought I would. I made an appointment as early as possible and they were kind enough to send in a prescription to tide me over until then. I've been going to this place for years and they've always been so kind and professional!

I had my first visit to Planned Parenthood last week. The new facility at 319 Main St is absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere is very inviting and spacious. However, as nice as the space is, it is the staff that will make your experience the best you've ever had at a doctor's office. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses were exceptional. I was met with kindness and professionalism. I would recommend Planned Parenthood and this facility to everyone. Thank you for such a great experience!

I went to this location today, a Thursday. This location closes at 7:00 PM on Thursdays, however, when I tried to open the door at 6:38 PM, it was locked. And coincidentally, when I turned into the parking lot, I noticed a bunch of employees leaving (obviously early). I have never seen anything so unprofessional.
