The receptionist that sits at the front desk is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I was shocked to hear the way she talked to my mother and the other clients that came in. Not quite sure how she was granted a job that consists of communicating with customers on a daily business, but I can guarantee this place is going to continue losing business, including mine, if she remains as the first person of contact. I will gladly take my business elsewhere where the clients are treated with respect by the staff.

Marie at the front desk at EHCN corp care in South Windsor was very professional, kind and conscientious. Also went above and beyond getting me my physical in PPD in a pinch. 😇

The woman at the front desk is very grumpy and unprofessional. It's unbelievable how nasty she is with patients.

Not friendly whatsoever, waited an hour past my appointment time, they "need" your whole SSN, and to top it all off they screwed up my blood work. Typically doctors only need the last 4 of your SSN. Your SSN is between you, the IRS, and anyone who gives you a paycheck. Not doctors. After they told me they need my SSN, I politely asked for a manager. They said, "they're in a meeting, they'll be with you shortly" after an hour of waiting the manager never shows and they hesitantly take me for my physical. Not impressed whatsoever with staff professionalism.
