I should say it's only a 5 star if Kim is there. I refuse to let anyone else touch me. Kim always gets me on the first stick. She has NEVER missed. Before Kiim I always had problems and usually ended up black & blue, with multiple needle pricks. If Kim isn't there I come back when she is. She is one in a million.

I have called like four times with no answer or option to leave a message. Their location hours are not posted anywhere. Every time I go, there is always someone different treating me. Most of the time, they are residents, not board certified physicians. One of the attendings was flat out rude to my father. I would recommend seeing an actual licensed, private family doctor if you like consistency and developing a long-lasting relationship with a doctor, not this place.

The girls there are great! I am a difficult draw and if Kim is not working that day I go back when she is. Kim is the best!

Never going back, a disgrace to doctors everywhere. Time management is absolutely the worst I've ever seen, management has no idea how to get anything done. Worst doctors office I've ever been to.
